VALENCIA TRANSPORT

http://www.aena.es   The airport operator is Aena. The air port is 8 Km. from the city centre. There is a Taxi rank just outside the terminal. It is useful to have the hotel name and street name written on paper. Alternatively a bus is leaving every 15 - 30  minutes to the town centre.

http://www.metrovalencia.com  Valencia has a Metro that covers the city area and sourrounding area as well. The web site has a special route planner that will show the nearest route ant the time needed. Web site is in English as well. If you are planning to use the Metro a lot, it is possible to get a discount card. The Metro will in 2007 be connected to the air port as well.

http://www.emtvalencia.es  Bus plans in Valencia. Web site is not available in English, but the different plans are easy to understand anyway.
