San Augustin is on
the cost aprox 7 km SW of Palma. It is a residential area with
mainly apartment blocks . As the building has been, done
leaving the old rather narrow roads, parking is a problem. There
is no beach here, the nearest is Cala Mayor only few kilometers
away. However on the rocky coast, there are some restaurants with
terrace, sun chairs and steps.

famous sailing school. A lot of the apartment blocks were build
at a time with few if any restrictions in height. There fore
many of them have the most fantastic view over Palma bay. As
there are quite a lot of small apartments this area is popular
for first time buyers that like to live in a relatively
quiet area on the coast, but still close to Palma
