Es Trenc
beach . Mallorca |
The start
of Es Trenc beach. Entering from Ses covetes. The
photos have been taken with a distance of 400 hundred metres
or less, between one photo and the following. |
Thre are sun chairs and
sun shades to rent, a beach restaurant and a life guard. |
The
month is July. It is a week day. During week ends a lot more
people will be using the beach. |
After
500 metres a long stretch without any facilities |
The
sea weed washed ashore is left in this area. |
You
meet a few sun seekers. Some are naturists. |
After
a 1.5 Km walk, the next beach bar is in sight |
In
this area the beach has been cleaned from sea weed. |
There
is a Red Cross station as well |
The
following beach bar area is where the entrance is from the
large parking near the salt lakes. About the middle between
Ses Covetes and Colonia Sant Jordi |
This
area is very popular, and the most crowded. |
To the
left the walk path to the parking |
The
sea weed collected is creating small mountains. |
The
following stretch, just before the island Gavina is a very
nice looking part. The water is quite shallow here |
Next
is a shallow bay, followed by a slightly rocky part. Then
you get to the beach of Es Coto ( not on photo) where there
are sun beds and shades. A beach bar as well. Es Coto
beach is most easily reached from Colonia Sant Jordi. There
is a catamaran rental and tuition on Es Coto beach |
