From Palma cathedral
there is a promenade leading to Portixol. Here is as well a
beach that was made some years back. If you are living in
or near the center of Palma this is just walking distance. At
the end of the beach towards Portixol there is parking, if full
there is as well parking in the Portixol
marina, the end towards
the beach.

If you stay in a hotel in the
centre of Palma without a pool, then this is the
nearest beach. It is within walking distance
from the centre. The people you find here are
mainly Spanish. If you like beaches with more
tourist, then you find Playa de Palma towards El
Arenal or Cala Mayor in the other direction. |
