Back                           TOUR TO ALARO

 Drive to the town of Alaro. Then follow the signs to "Castillo de Alaro". They are blue. You can drive as far as to the restaurant. From there it is aprox. 1 hr walking. Avoid week-ends as the road is quite narrow and 2 cars can not pass each other without difficulty. Big parking at end of road.
There is a dirt road further up, but not good condition, and likely private. Follow the road or the shorter walk path. Bring some water to drink and avoid the summer heat when walking up. If you have to do this trip in the summer time, you want to start very early. At 10.00 hr you have the full heat.
