This restaurant is found in Son Caliu. Between Portals Nous and Palma Nova. If you follow the old road, it is just next to the gasoline station, right across from the supermarket Mercadonna. It used to be a small a bit simple place, but always with a good kitchen. Maybe that is why it also was called. "Palma Nova Hilton". Now it has been totally rebuilt and extended. It is a favoured place for the people living or working  in the area, who want to enjoy the "menu del dia" This is served between 13.00 and 16.30 on week days. There are 3 starters and 3 main courses to choose from, and a dessert. A bottle of wine to share, and a bottle of "gaseosa". Typically you mix the "gaseosa" and the wine. The price was 6.07 Euro + iva (Sept 2002). Very reasonable for what you get. A coffee is extra. It was not difficult to find parking. If you are comming on the Palma Andratx highway, then leave it at the Portals Nous/Costa del Blanes junction or at the Palma Nova Junction, and follow the old road.
