IBIZA TOWN

Ibiza town is situated round the harbour of Ibiza. The waterfront part of old town is a place worth a visit. Here you find many shops, bars, restaurants. Parking is very difficult, it is recommended to park on the other side of the harbour, and use the water taxi across. The boat is leaving from the marina area in front of Hotel El Corso

The ferry to the nearby island Formentera is leaving from a small terminal between the Yacht Marina area and the waterfront of old town. This is also the area where you find the main bus "street", with transport to different places on the island.
To the North ( the yacht marina side) you have the beach of Talamanca. To the South you have first the beach of Figueretas, starting just outside the town. Further out you get the Bossa Beach. The airport is situated on the Bossa beach side of Ibiza Town. If you want to go shopping remember most shops are closed between 2 and 5 in the afternoon.
