Ibiza is the second biggest Balearic Island. It is a typically summer tourist resort. Most of the hotels are open from April through October only. During the rest of the year the island is very quiet. 

Today Ibiza is famous for the club scene, but the island has something to offer all ages. From Ibiza there is a ferry several times a day to the nearby island of Formentera. Link to travel-fact.com
