between the two beaches is a walk path along the coast. On the beach you find a complex with restaurants and bars. Close to the beach you have the hotel, H-10. A very impressive 1000 bed resort. In the nearby area there are a few lines of apartments.  The Melonera area actually starts at the lighthouse in Maspalomas. That is to say that Gran Hotel and Riu Palace is in Meloneras, but they are actually closer to Maspalomas beach, or just as close.
