It is built around a artificial beach. Construction is still ongoing. It is a popular area for its quiet atmosphere. The views from the hotels and apartments on the mountain sides are quite spectacular. Shopping and nightlife is not developed yet, and may never be, but as said Puerto Rico is just next door.
