Portals Nous marina is relatively new. It is
situated on the coast 8 km SW from Palma. In the marina you can
find a big selection of restaurants from the most expensive to
standard pizza. There is a lot to look at. The construction of
the nearby apartment blocks are in sand colours an a classic
design.

Cruising yachts can anchor safely just outside the
breakwater in the summer, if no moorings are available in the
marina. Most likely this will be the case in the high season.
To
both sides there are sand beaches. Close by there is a delfinarium adding to the traffic.
Sometimes patience is needed
if you come by car. However outside the high season the place is
nice and quiet, getting very quiet in wintertime where some of
the restaurants close down. Real estate agencies, yacht agencies
and yacht charter are well represented. |
